Install ClawPad in four quick steps.
Download the ClawPad DMG provided by Lab161, move the app to Applications, and complete the one-time macOS approval below.
Move it. Open it. Approve it. Start practicing.
The entire process usually takes less than two minutes.

Move ClawPad to Applications
Open the DMG and drag ClawPad into Applications. Eject the DMG afterward.

Attempt the first launch
Open ClawPad from Applications. If macOS says it cannot verify the developer, close that message and continue to the next step.

Approve this one app
Open System Settings > Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and select Open Anyway beside ClawPad. Authenticate, confirm Open, and return to the app. Leave all other macOS security settings unchanged.

Complete Setup
Follow the normal ClawPad setup guide. Development rebuilds can invalidate Screen Recording permission; remove and re-add the Applications copy if capture becomes blocked after an update.
